How Much Does IV Therapy Cost in Calgary? Published Prices (2026)
Calgary has one of the more active IV therapy scenes in Western Canada, and one of the least transparent when it comes to price. We track the prices Calgary clinics publish on their own menus and report the low, median and high across them. Here is the June 2026 snapshot, what it does and does not cover, and how to read it before you book.
The short answer
A standard IV vitamin drip in Calgary runs $75 to $260, with a median of $200, across the 3 clinics in our index that publish a price for it. Six Calgary clinics publish at least one price. That is a smaller sample than Toronto, so treat the ranges as a guide rather than a market rate.

Only drips with three or more published prices are reported. Immune support, glutathione, athletic recovery and Myers' Cocktail drips had too few published prices in this round. Some ranges span both an add-on push and a full drip, which is why the NAD+ low sits well under a typical infusion.
Why Calgary prices are hard to pin down
Most Calgary menus we read list drips by name and invite you to call. Where prices are published, they cluster in two models: a lounge model with a flat price per bag, and a clinic model where a naturopathic doctor or nurse practitioner assesses you first and the drip is priced on top of that visit.
Three things drive the difference between a $75 drip and a $260 one:
Dose and volume. A 500 mL hydration bag with a vitamin push is not the same product as a litre with several actives. NAD+ is priced by milligram, and one clinic's "NAD+" can be a fraction of another's dose.
The assessment. A clinic that takes a health history and has a prescriber sign off has a cost a walk-in bar does not. In Alberta, IV therapy is within the scope of physicians, nurse practitioners, and naturopathic doctors who hold the College's IV authorization. You can check any clinic's named prescriber on our listing and whether we confirmed them on the register.
Mobile service. In-home visits in Calgary carry a call-out charge on top of the same drip; ask what it is before you book.
What to ask before you pay
- Which dose is this price for, and what is in the bag?
- Is there an assessment or consultation fee, and is it included?
- Is GST included?
- Who will place the line, and who prescribed it?
